On June 23, 2020, a panel discussion titled "Knowledge Keepers – Part 1" took place in Canada.

In honor of National Indigenous Peoples Day, Anishinaabe Elder Dr. David Courchene, Métis Cree knowledge keeper Maria Campbell, and Inuk professor Dr. Karla J. Williamson participated. They were joined by Canadian Ministers Carolyn Bennett, Marc Miller, and Dan Vandal.

An award-winning changemaker, Supriya Verma founded The SustainabilityX® Magazine in 2016 to bridge the environment and economy through dialogue. Her contributions to society have earned her international recognition, including McMaster University's prestigious Alumni Arch Award.

Dr. Bennett, an Assistant Professor at Lewis & Clark College, researches the demand for ethically sourced cannabis products in Oregon and the knowledge of "budtenders" on this topic.

This year’s theme is ‘Digital Skills for Life’. The global Girls in ICT event will be celebrated on April 27 in Zimbabwe, as part of the Transform Africa Summit 2023 (#TAS2023). Coordinated with POTRAZ and Smart Africa, the celebration will address digital skills topics like role models, education, mentorship, and youth participation.
