Quest for a Livable City: Portland, Oregon
A collaboration of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and Northern Light Productions, this documentary explores the benefits of land use planning to urban development and the cost of establishing boundries to the farmers on the border of the City.  Sustainable development involves issues of economic development, gentrification, local food and farming, property rights, and civic participation.
