Máquinas desarrolladas para la agricultura familiar algodonera: Deslintador de semillas por fuego
January 02, 2026

As part of the Brazil-FAO +Algodón regional project, Embrapa Algodón developed a specialized machinery kit for family farming over four years. This comprehensive set includes a mini gin, fire seed delinter, sprayer, planter, soil preparation equipment, and a tricycle. A six-video series provides detailed descriptions of each machine and its operation.

Since 2013, the +Algodón project has been a collaborative effort between FAO, the Brazilian Cooperation Agency (ABC/MRE), and six partner countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Peru). Its primary objective is to strengthen the cotton sector across these nations.
