Carrie Calisay Cannon, of Kiowa, Oglala Lakota, and German heritage, holds degrees in Wildlife Biology and Resource Management. She is an Ethnobotanist for the Hualapai Indian Tribe and a lapidary/silversmith artist crafting Native Southwestern turquoise jewelry.

Yet, distributed ML faces hurdles: slower execution from limited node capabilities and high bandwidth consumption for data transfer. This creates a paradox, as it aims for low latency and reduced cloud bandwidth. Carla Fabiana Chiasserini will discuss this paradox and its resolution using dynamic ML structures and compression.
