This month, we feature Andrés Jimenez, Executive Director of Green2.0, an organization dedicated to increasing diversity in environmental justice conversations.

Jimenez brings extensive experience, having previously served as Senior Director of Government Affairs for Citizens' Climate Lobby, Associate Director of Government Relations at Ocean Conservancy, and worked on Capitol Hill for Reps. Linda Sanchez and Howard Berman.

She has secured grant funding and organized students to become certified beekeepers with local support. Since April 2017, bees introduced to the White Oak area have been maintained pesticide-free.
