Philippe Schuler has dedicated over three years to combating food waste. His Master's research at Copenhagen Business School highlighted significant waste in the potato supply chain, prompting him to consult hotels and restaurants in Thailand and the Maldives. He also conducts ongoing research for The Cool Chain Association.

In March 2019, Philippe joined Too Good To Go's Copenhagen HQ. There, he coordinates public and private sector partnerships, building the "Movement Against Food Waste."
