Jerry Hinkle will present two papers: one by Noah Kaufman on carbon price rates needed to reach net-zero emissions by 2050, and another by Dr. Drew Shindell on the health benefits of climate policies like the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act (EICDA). Rick Knight will then provide an overview of the Household Impact Study, detailing EICDA's estimated impact on American households down to each U.S. zip code.
