For over two decades, FAO has championed South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) to advance agricultural development, food security, and rural progress. Recognizing the need for innovation and conservation in evolving agri-food systems, FAO-China SSTC connects proven solutions with local needs. This collaboration now empowers Small Island Developing States (SIDS) with climate-smart technologies, robust policies, and enhanced value chains, boosting their resilience through the "Blue Transformation."
Concurrently, Phase II of the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) project strengthens governance, knowledge exchange, and capacity building for dynamic global conservation. Both initiatives share a common goal: transforming agri-food systems and safeguarding agricultural heritage. Explore the [FAO SSTC Gateway](https://www.fao.org/sstc-gateway/).
