Conservation and EcoTourism: Kristal Parks

Kristal Parks, M.A., is a biologist, elephant conservationist and human
rights activist. She works to protect and preserve elephants in the United States, Asia and Africa. In this video she talks about her approach to ecotourism and combining it with conservation.

She defines purposeful eco-tourism this way: help elephants, support sustainability project of local villagers, learn from indigenous tribes like the Maasai, and go on a safari and swim in the Indian ocean.
