Dr. Damle, a Clinical Associate Professor at Brown University and founding partner of South County Internal Medicine, has treated countless patients suffering from climate change-related illnesses. These include tick-borne diseases, allergies, asthma, and waterborne illnesses, which are increasing in frequency and disproportionately affect vulnerable communities.

As past president of the American College of Physicians and a co-author of their 2015 position paper, Dr. Damle is a leading voice on the human health effects of climate change.
