Clean energy entrepreneur Danny Kennedy explores the promise and challenges of the global transition to renewable energy. He asserts that while the shift is urgent, millions of clean energy entrepreneurs and startups, partnered with determined Indigenous leadership worldwide, can achieve this transition in time to avert climate breakdown.

Kennedy, an eco-activist turned clean-technology entrepreneur, is a leading figure in capitalizing on the green economy. He currently serves as CEO of New Energy Nexus, a global nonprofit that provides funds, accelerators, and networks to drive clean energy innovation and adoption.

She helps develop TCLP's strategy, manages the project, and peer reviews climate change clauses, applying her extensive environmental law knowledge. Her experience includes climate change policy development at the Carbon Trust and co-convening the UK Environmental Law Association’s Climate Change and Energy Working Group.
