How influencing and not controlling is the answer to climate change. We rely on nature for our survival. Water engineer Mary Trudeau explains how our planet functions as a whole and how the smallest changes have the biggest impact on our lakes, soils and atmosphere. Mary Trudeau has dedicated her career to water. She is a professional engineer with 15 years of experience managing municipal water infrastructure and 15 years of experience as a consultant providing advice bridging science and policy, in particular concerning water environment protection. She completed Ph.D. research on the topic of urbanization and its effects on rivers and fish communities. In her non-work world, Mary is the proud mother of two sons and lives in constant amazement at the opportunities offered by circumstance and nature.
