Indonesia is currently facing a problem where lavish lifestyle presented by the media and local celebrities is what everyone should strive for. Everyone is trying to get their hands on all the things that might be useless for their lives, most of the time. All of this is because the exposure given to the celebrities and so-called influencers that are always flashing their luxuries and lifestyles they have. Everyone jumped on the bandwagon to copy their so-called idols. In this talk, we would like to present the argument how living with less is ideal lifestyle everyone should strive for. We would like to show the key points of the way of the minimalists and how it might make your life better by having this kind of lifestyle. Agi Tiara Pranoto is a blogger and also a mediator who currently living in Yogyakarta. Her blog DUCKOFYORK.COM that focused on Urban Young Adult Lifestyle. She tried to live minimalist since married in 2016. Eventhough the minimalist life is little different from most other people who not focusing on decluttering but on mindset. While he diligently researched and visited many factories producing solar panels & devices abroad, he has created an affordable production line for the Vietnamese market to empower the rural areas where people don’t even have power for daily use. The first significant order that came to him was 14 solar power systems 510W (total capacity of 7kWp) for Bu Gia Map National Park (Binh Phuoc). This has been the transformative moment - VuPhong Solar has born since then. From a very small start-up, now, VuPhong Solar has risen to the leading position in the field of solar power in Vietnam, and distributes to many parts of the world: Laos, Cambodia, Africa,...
