With a thematic focus on SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), young speakers will discuss how to ensure an enabling digital environment and meaningful connectivity for LDC youth. The goal is to create genuine opportunities for them to lead, thrive, and prosper in our shared digital future.

The 2nd Fair of Rural Conscious Tourism Creators of the Humboldt Archipelago was held on February 14, 2026, in Punta de Choros, Chile. Organized by 18 women leaders in crafts, gastronomy, and hospitality, the event featured over 20 activities, including workshops and art, attracting hundreds and promoting regional identity and development.

The "Creadoras Rurales de Turismo Consciente Archipiélago de Humboldt" group secured Blue Economy funds via the GEF Marine Coastal Governance Project. These resources enabled a training school, digital marketing workshops, scientific talks, a territorial fair, and a website for their products. The Decalogue of Good Practices for Marine Coastal Tourism was also presented.

The "Youth Forum for the Transformation of Agri-food Systems" aims to establish a regional platform for youth in Latin America and the Caribbean. Its goal is to strengthen their capacities, expand knowledge, foster collaboration, and develop joint proposals for transforming the region's agri-food systems.

This two-day forum dedicates its first day to youth capacity building through workshops and interactive panels, enhancing leadership, communication, and advocacy skills. The second day hosts a Preparatory Youth Dialogue, where participants deliberate on priorities and create a Regional Youth Declaration. This declaration will be a key tool for the Civil Society Consultation at FAO's 39th Regional Conference (LARC39) and other decision-making spaces.

The "Youth Forum for the Transformation of Agri-food Systems" aims to establish a regional platform for young people across Latin America and the Caribbean. The forum is structured over two days. Day one focuses on youth capacity building through workshops and interactive sessions, enhancing leadership, communication, and advocacy skills. Day two features a Preparatory Youth Dialogue, where participants will collectively develop a Regional Youth Declaration. This declaration will be a crucial input for the 39th FAO Regional Conference (LARC39) and other key decision-making forums.

Tested and scientifically approved between August and December 2025, this system is ready for implementation. It offers a significant solution, potentially reducing Jordan's annual water loss from dams by approximately 25 million cubic meters.
