A decade of transforming the West Bank agriculture sector, in partnership with Canada

From 2016 to 2025, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Government of Canada partnered to bolster agricultural growth and resilience for farmers and cooperatives in the West Bank. This initiative supported 22,000 of the 115,000 households dependent on agriculture, aiming to optimize value chains, with women comprising 35% of participants.
