The 39th FAO Regional Conference (LARC39) will gather countries from Latin America and the Caribbean in Brasilia from March 2-6, 2026. This pivotal event aims to drive dialogue and critical decisions concerning food, agriculture, and sustainable development in the region.

The conference will focus on advancing more efficient, inclusive, and resilient agri-food systems, addressing four key regional priorities: better production, better nutrition, better medio ambiente, and a better life. Bringing together Heads of State, ministers, and diverse stakeholders, LARC39 is crucial for combating hunger and malnutrition.
