FAO MuNe special visit - Elisa Toffoli
April 07, 2026
FAO MuNe: where music, art and nature come together On the occasion of the International Day of Forests and World Water Day, Elisa, a renowned singer and songwriter, joined FAO to share a message on the deep bond that unites nature, life and the future. “Water feeds the forest. The forest protects the water. Water gives life… and life becomes us.” An invitation to listen more closely, to recognize what sustains us, and to turn awareness into action. At FAO’s Food and Agriculture Museum and Network, this message is also reflected in a unique outfit on display that Elisa wore in concert, designed by Tiziano Guardini. An artistic creation that speaks of respect, harmony and dialogue with nature, reminding us that what gives us life also calls for our care. Like art, our choices begin with intention and shape the future we want to create.
