Vietnamese youth drive innovation for a sustainable food future

The "Youth Innovations for a Better Food Future" event, held in Thai Nguyen, Viet Nam, celebrated World Food Day 2025 and FAO’s 80th anniversary. It focused on youth-led solutions for sustainable agrifood systems.

Highlights included an Intergenerational Dialogue on climate resilience and food loss, and a Student Innovation Competition where six teams proposed solutions to reduce food waste. The event emphasized youth's vital role in green entrepreneurship and innovation for global food security, reinforcing a commitment to transform Viet Nam’s food systems.
